AXLE SYSTEMS — We manufacture axle assemblies for off highway and specialty vehicles and specialize in low volume applications for unique and specialized equipment. Typical applications are agriculture, construction, mining, material handling, military and forestry. Our size ranges are limited only by what you need. We build inboard or out board planetary, single reduction in either steer or rigid systems. Inputs can be hydraulic motor, flange, NEMA face or anything needed. Brake systems of outboard or inboard wet disc, exposed single disc, or drum. Any track width or mounting system can be accommodated. All engineering is done in the US. All manufacturing and assembly is done in the US and Canada.

SUSPENSION STRUTS — Our struts are gas springs with hydraulic dampening in a sealed unit designed for severe environments. They can carry loads up to 500,000 lb and control shock loading. Internal valving is tunable for compression and extension and have high and low speed dampening circuits. Load leveling can be incorporated. They will operate in any orientation and any type of mounting arrangement can be accommodated.

HYDRAULIC MOTOR CONTROL — We have two systems available for controlling two independent hydraulic motors.
Our all hydraulic systems are cartridge valve system in a manifold block and can accommodate independent flows to two motors while maintaining control to prevent wheel spin or runaway. Multiple flow ratios can be accommodated for multi displacement hydraulic motors. Working pressure is 5000 psi for this system. Systems are available for either open or closed loop.
Our electro hydraulic system using pulse signals usually from the hydraulic motor can control motor speed for infinitely variable motor displacement in open or closed loop systems. A programmable controller is easily programmed for response and hysteresis to meet your application. Working pressure is 6000 psi.
